Alumni tailgate party to highlight Bears’ football

PIKEVILLE, Ky. – Join Bears’ fans for a special spirit rally and tailgate party before the game against University of the Cumberlands on Saturday, Oct. 3. The tailgate party begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Hambley Athletic Complex in Pikeville. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. Admission to all home games includes an invitation to the Pikeville College Alumni Association’s spirit rally and tailgate parties.

This week’s tailgate activities are sponsored by the East Kentucky Expo Center, along with season-long sponsors Food City, Pepsi Bottling Company, Aramark and Thacker Memorial.

Admission to all home games is $8 for adults and $4 for students. Pikeville College students, faculty, staff and their immediate family (spouse and children), will be admitted to the games free of charge with their Pikeville College ID. WPKE-FM, 103.1 and WPRG-TV 5 will broadcast the football games live.
