Transcript Request

Currently, Pikeville College does not charge a fee per transcript. Most requests are processed within three working days except for walk-in requests which are available upon demand (usually a 10 minute wait).

In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), any transcript requested online will not be mailed to any address other than another institution of higher learning (college or university) and transcripts can not be faxed to any number.

A transcript is stamped “Issued to Student” if picked-up by a student. Transcripts mailed directly to institutions or organizations are considered official transcripts.

Transcripts will not be released if a financial obligation to Pikeville College exists.

You may obtain a transcript in any of the following ways:

Please include, in your request, the following information:

  • Full name
  • Social Security number and/or Pikeville College ID number
  • Date of birth
  • Current mailing address and telephone number
  • E-mail address (if applicable)
  • Address to which the transcript is to be mailed
  • Student’s signature (a signature is required)
