Application

All eighth-grade students in the two-county area who meet the eligibility requirements for the program are encouraged to apply.

Applications will be distributed to area schools during the school presentations conducted by the regional coordinator in October (see the area presentations page for more information). Interested individuals may also print the application and teacher reference forms from this site, request one from our office or contact their local middle school for more information once the new applications have been released to the schools.

Applicants, please remember to enclose two samples of your work. Three Reference Forms are required for each applicant.
